What we do

Structured modules covering the practical knowledge staff need on site, taught in plain language with time set aside for supervised practice.
Learners rehearse the situations they will actually meet, then are assessed against criteria agreed with their manager before anyone is deployed.
We agree staffing levels, shift patterns and reporting lines before anyone is deployed, then brief each officer on your site and your expectations.
Where a client needs more than staffing, we scope an arrangement around the premises and review it as requirements change.

Every session closes with something written: what was covered, how each learner performed against the criteria we agreed with you, and where further practice would be worthwhile.

Outcomes are recorded and the arrangement is adjusted where needed.

Pricing
Final figures depend on the site, the shift pattern and the number of learners. Every quote is confirmed in writing before work starts, and there is no charge for the initial scoping conversation.

Insurance and certification details are confirmed in writing as part of each contract, together with the documents your own compliance team needs.
